If I understand aright you're going to do a series of them, so if the first one flies off the easel into somebody's home the next should be increased accordingly (say,$20/hr.+ materials). Repeat. If it languishes you can put it "on sale" at reduced price and go from there. Better to work your way up from modest prices as that has the best potential to develop a following. Remember the old trick of cooking frogs in luke-warm water and gradually increasing the heat. :o)

Anyway, nice work and good luck with sales.oroboroshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02092812464626682715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-333200854413285787.post-74186385581399630082013-11-10T11:01:45.090-06:002013-11-10T11:01:45.090-06:00Thanks! I know an artist who does digital work and her scale is based on the content. Or you could take the price you charge for a similar work on stay and add a commission fee to it. Either way, fantastic work!Christina McMullenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10845212811970590868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-333200854413285787.post-8086292810741476772013-11-10T08:52:42.137-06:002013-11-10T08:52:42.137-06:00It takes me 4-5 hours, so... four and a half milli...It takes me 4-5 hours, so... four and a half million dollars?Cellar Doorhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07532684548824957399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-333200854413285787.post-14514231052486935302013-11-10T01:16:08.949-06:002013-11-10T01:16:08.949-06:00Figure how long it takes you to do one, and charge...Figure how long it takes you to do one, and charge something reasonable like $40/hr. ... or a million dollars.b0bhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18249282333852040820noreply@blogger.com
